PCA Skin C-Strength 15% – pHaze 16 is suitable for all skin types to minimize fine lines and repair sun damaged skin. It is formulated with 15% vitamin C and 5% vitamin E to strengthen and brighten the skin. Directions: After cleansing and toning, smooth onto skin and allow to penetrate thoroughly. Follow with a sunscreen during the day. Apply over entire face, chest, and neck areas morning and evening for greatest benefit.
