It’s formulated with Chamomile, Green Tea, Lavender, Cucumber, Calendula Extract to calm, cool, relax, and protect the skin. Directions: Saturate a cotton ball with product and gently wipe over closed eyelids until all make-up has been removed. In case of direct eye contact rinse eyes with cool water.
