It fortifies and nourishes the lashes prior to mascara application for healthier eyelashes.Directions:Generously coat applicator brush with Grande PRIMER. Apply generously one to two coats of Grande Primerto lashes in an upward motion as you would mascara, base to tips. Primer goes on white.
