Grade 3 is a treatment and management system for frequent or ongoing conditions, visible and subsurface infections.Glymed Plus Serious Action Pac Grade 3 includes Skin Wash with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide and Aloe Vera to help minimize inflamed and non-inflamed lesions by cleansing and removing aggravating factors. Astringent No. 5 med 5% Salicylic Acid to decrease redness and reduce the inflammatory response of active lesions while menthol cools and soothes. Skin Gel with Tea Tree Oil to penetrate pores and attack the source of the problem while refining skin and guarding against further breakouts.
