This toner removes excess residue and restores skin to its natural pH, allowing skin care products that are applied afterward to penetrate better. Aloe vera and allantoin help soothe and calm skin while vitamins protect skin from damaging free radicals.Directions: Mist onto face and neck or apply with a cotton ball twice daily after cleansing.
